Date & Time: 11 October, Friday | 9 AM to 12 PM (Online) Course Overview: "Teaching Essentials of O' Level English" is an essential workshop designed to prepare tutors for the upcoming O' Level English examinations. This is the final run before the O' Levels, making it a critical opportunity for tutors to refine their teaching strategies and ensure students are well-prepared. The course covers key areas of the syllabus, with a focus on skill sets expected of students. Tutors will gain valuable insights into strategic teaching techniques across Papers 01 to 04, including listening comprehension. Additionally, the workshop includes tips from Cambridge markers, essay, summary, and comprehension techniques, and an analysis of common student errors. Marking practices and the use of rubrics for objective feedback will also be discussed.
