Teaching Essentials of O'Level/G3 Maths

Teaching Essentials of O’Level/G3 Maths is an online course designed to equip tutors with the skills and strategies needed to help students excel in the Secondary One to Four O’Level/G3 Mathematics syllabus.

What You'll Learn: 

Develop a deep understanding of the O’Level/G3 Maths syllabus and effective methods to teach key topics, including:

• Number and Algebra: Teaching primes and prime factorization, ratio and proportion, percentage, rate and speed, algebraic expressions and formulae, functions and graphs, equations and inequalities, set language and notation, and matrices.

  
  

• Geometry and Measurement: Teaching angles, triangles and polygons, congruence and similarity, Pythagoras’ theorem and trigonometry, mensuration, properties of circles, coordinate geometry, and vectors in two dimensions.

  
  

• Statistics and Probability: Teaching data handling, statistical analysis, and probability concepts.
